Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 2-(2-chloro-pyridin-4-yl)-4-trifluoromethyl-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrimidine (example E.6) (0.202 g, 0.5 mmol) and commercially available 3-pyridineboronic acid (0.08 g, 0.65 mmol) according to the general procedure VI. Obtained as a white solid (0.013 g, 6%). MS (ISP) 447.0 [(M+H)+]; mp 247° C.
