Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 2-(3-bromo-phenyl)-4-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-6-methyl-pyrimidine (example E.47) (0.39 g, 1.0 mmol) and commercially available 3-(tert.-butylsulfamoyl)-phenylboronic acid (0.31 g, 1.2 mmol) according to the general procedure VI. Obtained as a white solid (0.4 g, 76%). MS (ISP) 526.3 [(M+H)+]; mp 163° C.
