The title compound was prepared from 2′-chloro-4-methyl-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-[2,4′]bipyridinyl (example E.94) (0.349 g, 1.0 mmol) and N-tert-butyl-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-thiophene-2-sulfonamide (example F.1) (0.380 g, 1.1 mmol) according to the general procedure VI. Obtained as a light yellow solid (0.267 g, 50%). MS (ISP) 532.1 [(M+H)+]; mp 209° C.
