N-tert-Butyl-3-{4-[6-(2-fluoro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-4-trifluoromethyl-pyrimidin-2-yl]-pyridin-2-yl}-benzenesulfonamide was prepared from 2-(2-chloro-pyridin-4-yl)-6-(2-fluoro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-4-trifluoromethyl-pyrimidine (example E.107) (0.32 g, 0.76 mmol) and commercially available 3-(tert.-butylsulfamoyl)-phenylboronic acid (0.23 g, 0.91 mmol) according to the general procedure VI. Obtained as an off-white solid (0.24 g), which was subsequently deprotected.
