Procedure

tert-butyl[({2-[(1R)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ylamino]quinolin-6-yl}amino)sulfonyl]carbamate (0.012 mg, 0.026 mmol) was dissolved in HCl/methanol (2.5 M, 1.0 mL) and stirred for 2 h at 60° C. Upon evaporation of the solvent and drying on high vacuum the title compound was obtained as a yellow solid (8 mg; 80%); MS: m/e=392.0 (M+H+).
