The title compound was synthesized in analogy to Example 5 d from 6-chloro-5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-nicotinic acid (Example 5 b) and (1R,2R)-2-amino-1-cyclohexanol to yield 6-chloro-5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-N-((1R,2R)-2-hydroxy-cyclohexyl)-nicotinamide as a colorless solid, MS (ISP) 364.9, 366.9 (M+H)+.
