3-(3-(2,4-Difluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-6-hydrazinylpyridazine was prepared from 3-chloro-6-(3-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)pyridazine (0.26 g, 0.90 mmol) and hydrazine according to General Procedure D and then immediately cyclized with isovaleraldehyde according to General Procedure E to give the title compound (0.028 g, 8%) after purification by RP-HPLC (Table 1, Method d): LC/MS (Table 1, Method a) Rt=2.03 min; MS m/z: 355.2 (M+H)+.
