4-(3-Fluorophenethyl)-6-methyl-N-(4-(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-2-amine (5.92 mg, 4.7%, Example 49a) was synthesised from 4-(3-fluorophenethyl)-N-(4-(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-2-amine and formaldehyde according to the general procedure for reductive amination.
