To a mixture of (S)-2-tert-butoxycarbonylamino-4-(3-(3-(4-(pyridin-2-yloxymethyl)-benzyl)-isoxazol-5-yl)-pyridin-2-ylcarbamoyl)-butyric acid tert-butyl ester (980 mg, 1.5 mmol) described in Manufacturing Example 1-1 and dichloromethane (10 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (10 mL) at 0° C., which was stirred overnight at room temperature. The solvent was evaporated under a reduced pressure, and the residue was washed with diethyl ether, so as to obtain the titled compound (850 mg) as the trifluoroacetic acid salt.
