Reaction Steps
780 mg (2.53 mmol) of [4-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-thiazol-2-ylamino]-acetic acid tert-butyl ester in 10 ml of 90% aqueous TFA were allowed to stand at room temperature for 3 h. The mixture was concentrated and lyophilized. Yield: 859 mg.
