Reaction Steps
300 mg (0.99 mmol) of [6-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-pyridin-3-yloxy]-acetic acid tert-butyl ester in 10 ml of 90% aqueous TFA were allowed to stand at room temperature for 1.5 h. The mixture was concentrated and lyophilized. Yield: 286 mg.
