Reaction Steps
433 mg (1.43 mmol) of [6-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-pyridin-3-yloxy]-acetic acid tert-butyl ester in 10 ml of 90 aqueous TFA were allowed to stand at room temperature for 1 h. The mixture was concentrated and coevaporated with toluene. Yield: 402 mg.
