Reaction Steps
To the product of Step C, above, (90 mg) in CH2Cl2 (2.0 ml) was added hydrazine hydrate (0.2 ml). The mixture was shaken for a few minutes and purified via preparative TLC using two silica gel plates (1500μ) developed with EtOAc to give the title product (Rf=0.54).
