Reaction Steps
By reacting the compound from Example II with phthalimide in the presence of equimolar amounts of triphenylphosphane and diethyl azodicarboxylate in tetrahydrofuran, the desired product is obtained in 80% yield in the form of a syrup, which is further reacted directly.
