Reaction Steps
To benzyl 4-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-2-(4-(triisopropylsilyloxy)phenyl)butanoate (E304) in EtOAc was added Pd/C (10%) and the solution was kept under a H2 atomosphere for 2 h. The mixture was filtered over Celite and the solvent was evaporated to give 4-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-2-(4-(triisopropylsilyloxy)phenyl)butanoic acid (E305).
