Reaction Steps
The title compound was synthesized in a manner analogous to that described for Intermediate 70, using Intermediate 30 in place of 8-aminooctanol. ES/MS calcd. for C42H39N4O7S+ 743.3. Found m/z=743.4 (M+H)+.
