Pd(OH)2 (20% on activated carbon, 250 mg) was added to a solution of Intermediate 72 (250 mg, 0.38 mmol) in MeOH/THF (1:1) (10 mL). The solution was hydrogenated via balloon for 5 h. The Pd was filtered through a plug of celite. The filtrate was then concentrated in vacuo to afford the title compound as a yellow solid (260 mg). ES/MS calcd. for C36H37N4O6S+ 653.2. Found m/z=653.3 (M+H)+.
