Reaction Steps
The title compound was synthesized in a manner analogous to that described for Intermediate 153, using (R)-8-(2-amino-1-((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy)ethyl)-6-hydroxy-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-3(4H)-one in place of Intermediate 2. ES/MS calcd. for C52H57N6O9SSi+ 969.4. Found m/z=969.5 (M+H)+.
