The desired compound was prepared in a manner similar to that described in Example 137 from 3-[4-(4-Chloro-benzyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-4-hydroxy-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester in 99% yield. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, DMSO, HCl salt): δ 2.80-3.60 (m, 12H), 4.20-4.35 (m, 4H), 7.51 (d, 2H), 7.66 (d, 2H). Retention Time (LC, method: Formic acid polar): 0.68 min. MS (MAT): 296
