Reaction Steps
To tert-butyl[2-methyl-3-oxo-7-(pyrrolidin-1-ylcarbonyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-4-yl]carbamate (Compound 116B) was added DCM (0.5 mL) and TFA (0.5 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes, after which it was concentrated to dryness an used without further purification. MS (ES+): m/z 260.30 (100) [MH+]; HPLC: tR=0.69 min (UPLC, Analytical).
