The title compound was prepared according to the procedure for 3-fluoro-5-methoxy-4-nitrobenzonitrile (Compound 146F) using 1-Bromo-2-fluoro-3-methoxy-4-nitrobenzene (Compound 147G). 1H NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz): δ=4.15 (d, J=2.27 Hz, 3H), 7.45 (dd, J=8.59, 5.56 Hz, 1H), 7.64 (dd, J=8.59, 1.77 Hz, 1H).
