Reaction Steps
Following Example 16, 8-bromo-4,5-dihydrobenzo[b]thieno[2,3-d]oxepine-2-carboxylic acid was converted to the acid chloride and reacted with N-(2-(tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy)ethyl)-2-chloroaniline. Desilylation gave 233 (yield 25%). MS: (ESI+)
