3-Chloro-4-(N-methyl-4,5-dihydrobenzo[b]thieno[2,3-d]oxepine-2-carboxamido)benzoic acid and methylamine were reacted by a procedure similar to Example 47 to give 250. MS: (ESI+) 427.2
