##STR22## A solution of 220 mg of [3-(2-{3-[5-(2,4-diamino-pyrimidin-5-ylmethyl)-2,3-dimethoxy-phenyl]-acryloyl}-1,2-dihydrophthalazin-1-yl]-propylidene]-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxy)-pyrrolidin-2-one in 2 ml of trifluoroacetic acid is stirred for 20 hrs. and then concentrated. The residue is dissolved in 5 ml of methanol and treated with 57 mg of sodium bicarbonate in 2 ml of water. The reaction solution is concentrated, the residue is dissolved in 5 ml of water and cooled to 0° C. The crystals obtained are filtered off under suction. There are obtained 117 mg of white crystals. MS (ISP): 584.4 (M+H)+
