Reaction Steps
Prepared analogously to Example 14c), but with the addition of HOBt, from (R)-N5 -[amino(nitroimino)methyl]-N2 -[(1,1-dimethylethoxy)-carbonyl]-ornithine, 4-(aminocarbonylaminomethyl)-benzenemethanamine and TBTU in a yield of 80% of theory. Colourless crystals, Mp. 172° C.
