A mixture of 6-(3-butyl-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (110 mg, 0.36 mmol), 1-amino-2-methyl-propan-2-ol (39 mg, 0.43 mmol) and TBD (15 mg, 0.11 mmol) in toluene (0.5 mL) was stirred for 15 h at room temperature under argon. The reaction mixture was concentrated onto silica then purified by chromatography (silica, 0 to 5% methanol in dichloromethane) to afford the title compound (90 mg, 69%) as a colourless oil.
