A mixture of 3-(7-chlorothieno[2,3-d]pyridazin-2-yl)-N-cyclopropyl-4-methylbenzamide (90 mg, 0.26 mmol), 3-fluoro-2-methoxyphenylboronic acid (67 mg, 0.39 mmol), Pd(PPh3)2Cl2 (18 mg, 0.03 mmol), and sodium carbonate (83 mg, 0.78 mmol) in a mixture of DME, ethanol and H2O (7:2:3, 2 ml) was heated to 150° C. for 15 min in the Emrys Optimizer® microwave. The mixture was diluted with MeOH and concentrated over SiO2. Column chromatography (MeOH/CH2Cl2=0→2%) afforded the desired product. Yield: 59 mg. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 434 (M+1).
