According to the method described in example S11, aminocamitine (1.28 HBr salt, 68 mg, 0.31 mmol) was reacted with 1-isocyanato-3-phenoxybenzene to yield the title compound as a white solid (69 mg, 58%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) 7.34 (t, J=7.96 Hz, 2 H), 7.17-7.23 (m, 2 H), 7.04-7.12 (m, 2 H), 6.95-7.00 (m, 1 H), 6.59 (dd, J=7.83, 2.02 Hz, 1 H), 4.57 (br. s, 1 H), 3.72 (dd, J=13.64, 9.09 Hz, 1 H), 3.46-3.56 (m, 1 H), 3.20 (s, 9 H), 2.42-2.56 (m, 2 H). MS ESI [M]+, calcd for [C20H24N3O4+H]+: 371.43 found m/z 371.7 (100).
