Reaction Steps
The subtitle compound was prepared according to the procedure outlined in example 1 step iii) using 4,6-Dichloro-2-[(2,3-difluorobenzyl)thio]pyrimidine (product of example 1 step ii) (0.46 g), (2R)-1-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}-3-isopropoxypropan-2-ol (product of step (0.66 g), THF (5 mL) and 60% sodium hydride (80 mg), to give the subtitle compound as a colourless oil. Yield: 0.56 g
