Tert-butyl 4-[5-(bis(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)-6-([1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-2-yl)pyrazin-2-yl]-3,6-dihydro-2H-pyridine-1-carboxylate (77 mg, 0.1297 mmol) was dissolved in DCM (1.6 mL) and treated with TFA (400 μL, 5.192 mmol). The mixture was allowed to stir at ambient temperature for 2 hours and the solvent removed in vacuo. The mixture was azeotroped with DCM (3×) and Ether (3×) and dried under vacuum to furnish the product as a yellow solid (104 mg, quantitative yield). MS (ES+) 294.0
