Reaction Steps

To a solution of (2S,4R)-tert-butyl 4-fluoro-2-(pyrazin-2-ylcarbamoyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate 65A (4.1 g, 12.3 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (120 mL) was added TFA (10 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at rt overnight. After concentration in vacuo, the residue was used for the next step without purification. LC/MS [M+H]+: 211; Ret time (Method F): 0.30 min.
