6-(Benzyloxy)-N-(4-tert-butylbenzyl)-2-methyl-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxamide (62.0 mg, 0.14 mmol) was dissolved in MeOH (2 ml). Pd (C) (3.1 mg) was added to the solution. The mixture was hydrogenated at atmospheric pressure for 24 h. Then it was filtered through a pad of celite and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was washed with CH2Cl2 yielding 37 mg (76%) of the title compound.
