As described for example 34b, 5-[3-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-5-hydroxymethyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (75 mg, 0.22 mmol) was converted, using 4,4-difluoropiperidine hydrochloride instead of S-(+)-1-amino-2-propanol, to the title compound (45 mg, 31%), which was obtained as a colourless gum.
