Reaction Steps
Following the general method A as outlined in Example 16, starting from 3-({[3-([1,1′-biphenyl]-4-ylsulfonyl)-1,3-thiazolidin-2-yl]carbonyl}amino)-3-phenylpropyl methanesulfonate (Intermediate 9) and azepane, the title compound was obtained in 99.1% purity by HPLC.
