To a solution of 4-(2-amino-pyrimidin-5-yl)-N1-tert-butyl-benzene-1,2-diamine (100 mg, 0.39 mmol) in MeOH (5 mL) are added crude 2-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl-5-vinyl-benzaldehyde (93 mg, 0.47 mmol) and L-proline (4 mg, 0.04 mmol) at room temperature. The solution is heated to 60° C. for 12 hours, then cooled down and is concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue is purified by silica gel flash column chromatography eluting with 10% MeOH in CH2Cl2 to afford the title compound (15 mg, 9%) as a white solid. LCMS (ESMS): m/z 437.72 (M++1)
