To a solution of 4-(2-amino-pyrimidin-5-yl)-N1-tert-butyl-benzene-1,2-diamine (100 mg, 0.39 mmol) in MeOH (5 mL) are added 5-bromo-2-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl-benzaldehyde (refer to example 4 step 1) (147 mg, 0.58 mmol) and L-proline (4 mg, 0.04 mmol) at room temperature. The solution is heated to 60° C. for 24 hours and then cooled down and is concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue is purified by silica gel flash column chromatography eluting with 10% MeOH in CH2Cl2 to afford the title compound (59 mg, 31%) as a white foam. LCMS (ESMS): m/z 489.20 (M+)
