| Product | 2-{4-(2-({(2-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)methyl}sulfanyl)-3,5-dicyano-6-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyridin-4-yl)phenoxy}ethyl L-lysyl-beta-alaninate dihydrochloride | HCID 68764675 | — |
Reaction Steps
950 mg (0.976 mmol) of 2-{4-(2-({(2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)methyl}sulfanyl)-3,5-dicyano-6-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyridin-4-yl)phenoxy}ethyl N2,N6-bis(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-lysyl-beta-alaninate (Example 24A) were initially charged in 25 ml of dichloromethane. 9.76 ml of a 1N solution of hydrogen chloride in diethyl ether were added, and the reaction solution was then stirred at RT overnight. For 15 min, argon was introduced into the reaction mixture, and the mixture was then concentrated by evaporation. This gave 816 mg (99% of theory) of the target compound.
