This compound is prepared according to synthesis 43, from 60 mg (0.20 mmol) of 8-amino-4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]quinoline-1-ethyl carboxylate hydrochloride (synthesis 64) and 28 μL (0.21 mmol) of 2-fluoro-benzenesulfonyl chloride. After recrystallization from methanol, 38 mg (45%) of 8-(2-fluoro-benzenesulfonylamino)-4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]quinoline-1-ethyl carboxylate is obtained in the form of a light brown solid.
