Procedure
To compound 69B (20 mg, 0.037 mmol) in 1 mL of a 3:1 mixture of MeOH/water was added KOH (6.3 mg, 0.112 mmol). The reaction vessel was capped and heated in the microwave at 100° C. for 10 minutes. The reaction mixture was quenched with 1N HCl and evaporated to dryness. The residue was purified by automated preparative LC/MS to provide 2.5 mg (13% yield) of a white solid. LCMS (+ESI) m/z 482.6 [M+H]+.
