Reaction Steps

The product from step 1 (60 mg, 0.13 mmol) was dissolved in 1 mL of DMF and K3PO4 (33 mg, 0.16 mmol) was added. The mixture was treated with pyrrolidine (0.15 mL, 1.55 mmol) and stirred for 1 hour. The mixture was diluted with water (10 mL) and stirred for 10 minutes. The precipitate was collected and purified by preparative HPLC eluting with 10%-90% acetonitrile/water (0.1% TFA) to provide 29 mg (54%) of the title compound.
