Reaction Steps
The positive photosensitive polyimide resin composition of the present invention was prepared in solution form from 30 g of the NMP solution of the organic solvent-soluble polyimide resin obtained in Preparation Example 1 and 0.67 g of naphthoquinone-type positive photosensitive agent (a compound formed by substituting 2,3,4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone with 3 mol of 1,2-naphthoquinone-2-diazide-5-sulfonic acid), by stirring at room temperature for 3 hours. The mixture was filtered through a 1.0-μm filter to give the desired solution.
