10% palladium carbon (100 mg) was added to a solution of 2-oxo-3-tert-butoxycarbonylamino-5-(2-cyclohexen-1-yl)-8-methyl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-1,5-benzodiazepine (500 mg) obtained from Step 1 of Referential Example 10 in ethanol (50 ml), under hydrogen atmosphere the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. The reaction mixture was filtrated, the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure, to thereby obtain 450 mg of the title compound (Yield: 90%).
