Procedure
As described for example 26, 2-(4-fluoro-2-methoxy-phenyl)-5-(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-[1,3,4]oxadiazole (190 mg, 0.54 mmol) was converted using 2-methyl-imidazole instead of thiomorpholine to the title compound (SiO2, heptane:ethyl acetate:dichloromethane:methanol=20:70:10:0 to 0:90:0:10, 27 mg, 12%) which was obtained a light-brown solid. MS: m/e=414.1 [M+H]+.
