To a solution of 4-[2-(ethylsulfinyl)-6-phenylpyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-yl]benzaldehyde (3-1; 63 mg, 0.16 mmole) in dioxane (1 mL) was added 1-acetylpiperazine and heated to 150° C. in a microwave reactor for 30 min. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (100% Hex. to 100% EtOAc) to give the title compound. LRMS m/z (M+H) Calcd: 438.5, found 438.2.
