N-(2-Chlorophenyl)-2-fluoronicotinamide (0.050 g, 0.20 mmol) was converted to the title compound (0.037 g, 36%) in a manner similar to the preparation of 2-(4-(1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yloxy)-3-fluorophenylamino)-N-o-tolylnicotinamide (Step B of Example 8). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 12.75 (s, 1H), 10.80 (s, 1H), 10.49 (s, 1H), 8.10-8.44 (m, 4H), 7.24-7.60 (m, 7H), 6.96-7.10 (m, 1H), 6.70 (m, 1H), 6.45-6.50 (m, 1H); HRMS(ESI+), 474.1133 (M+H)+ calc, 474.1129 (M+H)+ found.
