Reaction Steps
tert-butyl {[(1,4-dioxan-2-ylmethyl)(methyl)amino]sulfonyl}carbamate (1.25 g, 4.03 mmol) was dissolved in 10 mL dichloromethane and 20 mL trifluoroacetic acid and stirred at ambient temperature. After 2 hours, the solution was concentrated and azeotroped twice with heptane to afford the title compound. LRMS (APCI) calc'd for (C6H15N2O4S) [M+H]+, 211.1; found, 211.1.
