Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 2-(3-bromo-phenyl)-4-trifluoromethyl-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrimidine (example E.3) (0.45 g, 1.0 mmol) and commercially available 3-(tert.-butylsulfamoyl)-phenylboronic acid (0.31 g, 1.2 mmol) according to the general procedure VI. Obtained as a white solid (0.48 g, 83%). MS (ISP) 580.3 [(M+H)+]; mp 200° C.
