3-{4-[4-(4-Chloro-phenyl)-6-trifluoromethyl-pyrimidin-2-yl]-pyridin-2-yl}-benzenesulfonic acid tert-butylamide was prepared from 4-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2-(2-chloro-pyridin-4-yl)-6-trifluoromethyl-pyrimidine (example E.5) (0.37 g, 1.0 mmol) and commercially available 3-(tert.-butylsulfamoyl)-phenylboronic acid (0.31 g, 1.2 mmol) according to the general procedure VI. Obtained as a light brown solid (0.41 g), which was subsequently deprotected.
