Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 2-(2-chloro-pyridin-4-yl)-4-trifluoromethyl-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrimidine (example E.6) (0.404 g, 1.0 mmol) and commercially available 3-methanesulfonyl-phenylboronic acid (0.22 g, 1.1 mmol) according to the general procedure VI. Obtained as a white solid (0.4 g, 77%). MS (ISP) 524.0 [(M+H)+]; mp 238.5° C.
