Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the method described for preparing compound 7, using compound 21.5 as starting material. MS APSI m/e: 474 (M−H). 1H NMR (400 MHz) (DMSO-d6) δ 12.86 (1H, brs); 7.33 (2H, d, J=8.6 Hz); 7.21 (1H, s); 7.12 (1H, s); 7.05 (1H, d, J=8.1 Hz); 6.87 (1H, s); 6.85 (1H, t, J=5.6 Hz); 6.65 (2H, d, J=8.6 Hz); 6.62 (1H, d, J=8.1 Hz); 4.72 (2H, s); 4.22 (2H, d, J=5.6 Hz); 2.30 (3H, s); 2.23 (3H, s); 2.11 (3H, s).
